Description

The job itself

Are you looking for a new rewarding job that fits around your lifestyle with training and career opportunities, all whilst making a real difference in your community? Our Administrator Team Leader might be the next step in your career.

Based within our Adult Social Care Team, this role is vital in supporting the council’s in-house adult social care provisions by managing a small team to deliver administrative support. As the role sits within Adult Social Care, this is a rewarding opportunity where candidates with the right values can join a fantastic team, with an interesting, variety of work whilst impacting people’s lives.

The role will supervise staff based at different locations and will be supported by an administrative officer. This allows some flexibility in both working hours, which can be addressed when maintaining the staff rota and an opportunity to work at home in a blended capacity.

The role will oversee tasks such as:

  • Billing and financial procedures
  • Appointment bookings
  • Managing supplies and PPE
  • Timesheets
  • Rotas
  • DBS forms
  • Safeguarding calls and feedback

If you have experience working within an administrative setting and share our values, we’d like to hear from you.
