An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint a Full time Technical Assistant for Adult Community Wellbeing Team - 37hrs. The days will be Monday to Thursday 9:00am-17:00pm and Friday 09:00am – 16:30pm.

Adult Community Wellbeing Team is the specialist team within adult services supporting people who have a learning disability and/or Autism.

The role will include inputting data onto the Azeus system, this will include managing validations, contacts, assisting the staff with procedures and various other roles to support the staff team.

The Technical Assistant post makes a vital contribution to the Council’s ability to discharge statutory duties in respect of adult social care by ensuring that the data records are robust and the Team Leader can have confidence in prioritisation of work allocation and completion.

The Technical Assistant post provides IT, administrative and technical support to the Futures+ team to enable the provision of an efficient and comprehensive service. To assist the team with recording data to ensure team data is valid and entered onto the Azeus system right first time.

The Technical Assistant ensures that staff input work accurately, informing performance figures and records, cross-referencing with Boxi and Inphase.

The Technical Assistant supports the Team Leader with Performance issues on a weekly basis. The Technical assistant assists the Team Leader to plan and prioritise and with the compilation of accurate and timely data.
