Can you support individuals to take part in social activities and outings, their employment, hobbies and interests in the community, whilst remaining positive and committed in your approach to help and support vulnerable people? We have the perfect opportunity for you, where you can make a positive difference to someone’s life, providing personal care and supporting their day to day routines.

We are the Supported Housing Team, a registered service in the East Riding of Yorkshire Council, working across the Community to support and enable people who have a learning disability/autism, to live independent lives.

We are looking for a Care Worker for our team based at Beechwood ISL in Welton- some one who can demonstrate; compassion and empathy in their approach to caring for people with a learning disability/autism. You will either have previous experience supporting or have worked in other roles, paid or voluntarily.

In return you will be supported by an excellent team, develop your knowledge, skills and experience and provided with continuous training and development, including the Care Certificate.
