The job itself

Asset Strategy are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player to be part of a professional team responsible for and ensuring optimum performance of buildings, land, and property across the Council’s property portfolio.

This role is to provide extensive administration support to a busy and professional service area. You will be responsible for the daily running of the corporate security system and booking system and be required to assist in completing strategic property reviews, ensuring efficient use of Council property portfolio. You will need to have the ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel to collate, analyse and report on property information. Competent written and oral communication skills, and managing own workloads are all essential, together with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Training and progression within the Property team will be available for a suitable candidate.
