We have an exciting vacancy within our Cover Supervisor team. This has arisen due to a current member of staff securing a teaching role.

Our Cover Supervisors play a vital role supervising classes in the absence of subject teachers; you will need to be able to adapt and be flexible in your way of working as no two days are the same.

  • Support school tutoring programmes during extra-curricular time
  • Have the opportunity to have your own tutor group (timetabling dependant)
  • Have the opportunity to support extra-curricular visits and groups

We can offer:

You will have the opportunity to develop your classroom management practice, either as someone looking to step into teaching or with an interest in other areas of Education. This is a great role to see lots of different subjects and classroom dynamics.

You will have access to a host of CPD and training opportunities both internal and external with the option to take on additional responsibilities in areas of interest.

About You:

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in classroom management
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Ability to follow procedures
