The job itself
We are seeking a highly motivated person to join our team, as a Lifeguard at East Riding Leisure Francis Scaife Sports Centre in Pocklington.
The post will involve maintaining high standards of service delivery and being actively involved in the health and safety and cleansing throughout the Centre. The main role will be supervising and observing the pool, ensuring a safe and friendly environment. It will also be necessary to set up and dismantle equipment. Ideally, you will have some experience within the leisure industry with wet and dry facilities and must possess a current RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification. Coaching qualifications will be advantageous. Hours are worked on a three week rota basis and include early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
