Bridlington Spa is one of the most exciting venues for conferences and entertainment on the east coast.
There is now a fantastic opportunity to be part of the Spa catering/operations team.
We are recruiting two Bar/Catering and operations Supervisor positions:
- 16 hours per week
- 21 hours per week
Equivalent hourly rate is £11.18
Someone who has a genuine interest in the hospitality industry. You will be helping to deliver the highest standards of customer service, offering a first-class delivery within our public events such as concerts, conferences, exhibitions, weddings, bars, and the day to day running within the café bar. You will also assist at other sites within the East Riding.
The Catering, Bar and Operations Supervisor is to assist the Duty Managers and Executive chef in the day-to-day smooth running of the Catering, Bars and Operations within the venue.
The successful candidates would be a key member within the catering team. They will ensure that the communication and standard for the customers are delivered to high standard also delivery of training to staff in the catering and operational team.
This post is based at Bridlington Spa, with some unsocial hours which will include weekends, public holidays, late nights, Christmas, and New Year.
