The job itself

Are you resilient, confident, and professional? Do you think ahead and take responsibility for change? Are you enthusiastic and able to enthuse others when you have lots of projects to work on. Are you organised, willing to be flexible and consistently work to the best of your ability? If this describes you then please read on.

Due to a team reorganisation we are seeking a new colleague with a proven track record in building and maintaining positive relationships with senior leaders, both internal to our organisation and within schools, colleges and partner agencies. Working alongside the partnership manager and project assistant you will develop and implement projects in support of the 13-19 and primary strategies including the >log on | move on> careers website.

A major part of your role will be to ensure the effective, efficient, and timely delivery of all aspects of the >log on | move on> service agreement aligned with the project plan, partner’s strategic plans and the Council’s Children and Families Strategic Plan.

This is an interesting, varied and fast paced role across 3 days a week. Some flexibility will be required within term time to accommodate training on the job and out of hours working. This can be through agreed overtime or time accrued that can be taken in the school holidays. We are a small, friendly, busy team and look forward to welcoming a new team member.

This post is a Grade 9 and the salary listed above is the salary for 22 hours per week
