The job itself

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to provide a wide range of administrative support to the School Admissions team.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to providing a high quality service. You should be able to work on your own initiative and be a confident user of a range of ICT systems and software packages.

To undertake this role successfully, you need to be customer focused, able to remain calm under pressure, have excellent administrative and organisational skills and be a confident communicator. Excellent communication skills are essential, as this role is often the first point of contact for parents, professionals, and members of the public.

A high level of data accuracy is required, as is the ability to maintain confidentiality.

The successful applicant would be expected to spend time working from County Hall, Beverley each week, but will also be provided with the necessary equipment to allow them to work from home.
