The ideal candidate will be a skilled and committed individual who is able to support children and young people access short breaks in the community. They should have experience of supporting children and young people with additional needs and have a secure understanding of how to assist individuals with SEND. The successful applicant will be offered relevant training, support and guidance but must be able to use their own initiative and work flexibly while following procedures and guidance.
