We are excited to announce that the post of Family Coordinator has become available in the 0-25 SEND Team.
This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a motivated and passionate team with a strong commitment to supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of SEND, family work and multi-agency working. We can offer continuous professional development opportunities and we are committed to giving our staff opportunities to expand and develop their knowledge, skillset and experience.
We are seeking candidates who are enthusiastic about supporting families and achieving the best possible outcomes for children and young people with additional needs. The successful candidate will be supported by an exceptional team or practitioners who work within a child-centred framework.
Now is an excellent time to join our team within Children and Young People, Specialist Services, as we continue our development journey, and we welcome applications from candidates who are keen to join our service during this exciting time.
The 0-25 SEND Team are based at County Hall, Beverley, but this role will also involve travel across the East Riding and working from home.
This is a part-time post (18.5 hours per week) and we welcome discussions with candidates regarding a work pattern that suits both themselves and the service.
