We are passionate about social work practice – Are you?

If the answer is YES then we want to hear from you.

Since our Ofsted inspection, we have been working hard to deliver a practice system that works for children and families and for social workers.

Knowing the quality and impact of our social work practice is critical and so is providing the right conditions that help social work to be the best it can be. We are recruiting two Advanced Social Work Practitioners position to help drive our QA work and our learning offer for social workers.

In this role we would expect you to co-work a very small number of cases with a newly qualified worker as a means by which to model, coach and mentor. If you are an experienced qualified social worker and think you are the right person to join our journey, please apply.

If you would like more information and an informal discussion about the role, please contact Hollie Troughton, Principal Children and Families Social Worker on 07852238140 or Penny Donno, Interim Head of Children Young People’s Support and Safeguarding Services on 07800534418.

Interviews will take place mid-October with the exact date to be confirmed.

Closing date: 1st October 2020

Interview date: To be arranged
