We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to become part of our team at Cardigan Road, which is a residential Looked After setting for up to six young people from 14 to 17 years of age on a medium to long term basis. You must be reliable, energetic, of good character and have experience of working with this age group.
We are looking for staff that can help maintain and improve the high standards already established at the homes. The successful candidate should be reliable, energetic and of good character and have the ability to engage with young people in a positive manner. We are seeking resilient people to add to a fantastic team who support young people in having meaningful and fulfilled lives, by helping them to develop the confidence and skills to prepare for independent living.
The hours of work are on a rolling four week rota basis including sleep in duties and bank holidays, though the successful candidate will be flexible in their availability. The successful candidates will have experience of working with this age group and hold QCF level 3 or equivalent or be willing to gain the QCF diploma within two years of commencing the post.
