We are seeking a highly motivated Family Coordinator, who is passionate about improving outcomes for vulnerable children, to join our Children’s Centre cluster team.

- Confident in working with families in the home, community and at the Children’s Centre on a 1:1 basis and in a group setting

- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification
