Kingsway Childcare are an ‘Outstanding’ Day Nursery who deliver a safe and stimulating learning environment for 45 children between the ages of 2 – 5. With around 25 children to support on a daily basis, the team consists of 8 Childcare Practitioners, a deputy and the Daycare Manager who form a supportive and developing environment.
The role of Childcare Practitioner can include anything from supporting free flow play, circle times to morning and afternoon snacks. The role will include:
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with the right values and skills who is looking to start a career in childcare or is seeking casual hours in a rewarding childcare setting. Candidates will be required to hold a minimum of a level 2 qualification in a childcare related field. Full details of the essential criteria are included in the employee specification. The role is on a casual basis to cover training, sickness and staff to child ratios during term time. Any training which requires travel will include milage reimbursement.
