The Learning, Skills and Workforce Development Team (LSWD) are seeking a Contract Manager for our Adult Learning service to lead on the successful achievement of our Adult Education contract, which incorporates qualification-based learning, community learning and learning support. You will engage, lead and motivate a team of passionate managers and officers to deliver a demanding operational service with target outcomes and contractual obligations.
You will analyse a wide range of data to inform contract and performance management decisions and to successfully plan achievement of strategic aims of the team.
The work will be demanding with the requirement for effective and pragmatic problem-solving skills with the ability to identify creative and innovative solutions and make sound judgements.
You will be part of a much wider LSWD team which provides numerous opportunities for the co-production of innovative, exciting, diverse and holistic learning solutions
