Required to start asap, a receptionist/administrative assistant for a busy office in our large primary school. This role will involve dealing with enquiries from parents, children, staff and members of the public.
You will also be required to carry out a varied range of administrative duties including using our management information system (Arbor), correspondence to parents via email/text, Facebook & letters, updating our website, photocopying, breakfast & afterschool club admin etc under the direction of our office staff team. Previous administrative experience would be an advantage.
You will need to have strong communication skills and an ability to work using your own initiative as well as being an excellent team player. We are looking for a positive, approachable, friendly and professional person to be the first point of contact for our school.
