Opportunity Goole is an information and referral service that advises on existing skills services, employment opportunities and business support. The programme aims to raise awareness of local opportunities in and around the Goole area and help redefine Goole as a place to feel good and grow. We are looking to expand our team to help residents and businesses thrive!
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Adviser to inspire, motivate, challenge and encourage residents into education, training and sustainable employment as well as work in partnership with local employers to better match training programmes to the needs of local businesses.
As Adviser, you will be proactively identifying and understanding the needs of the local area, providing advice, guidance and support to aid realistic progression and establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders to provide a cohesive support network for customers. Advisers are expected to manage their own caseloads and meet contractual targets and outcomes. The post is funded until end of March 2026.
