This is an exciting opportunity to join the Yorkshire Marine Nature Partnership at a pivotal time for marine and coastal environmental management.

We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Partnership Project Officer to help drive collaboration, influence positive change, and deliver meaningful outcomes for Yorkshire's unique and diverse marine environment.

As a key member of our team, you will build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional and national partners, bringing together organisations, communities and stakeholders around shared priorities for marine nature recovery. Using your excellent communication and engagement skills, you will foster active cross-sector collaboration, strengthen community connections, and help turn ideas into action.

You will be a highly organised, self-motivated individual who thrives on managing multiple priorities. Applying your project management skills, you will identify and develop new opportunities, support funding applications, and help secure investment that enables the delivery of ambitious environmental projects across Yorkshire's coast and seas.

A key focus of the role will be supporting the development and implementation of a strategic approach to intertidal ecological enhancement across Yorkshire. Working closely with the Development Officer, who will provide ongoing support and guidance, you will contribute to the development of regional strategies, engage with local communities, and explore new opportunities for coastal habitat enhancement.  An understanding of Yorkshire's coastline and its connection to wider marine and terrestrial ecosystems will be highly valuable in this role.

The Yorkshire Marine Nature Partnership works across North and East Yorkshire and is hosted by East Riding of Yorkshire Council.  You will work across the Yorkshire coast and be based in County Hall, Beverley.
