The job itself

We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our Payments Team.

The team is based at County Hall, Beverley and provides a payment function for the Council ensuring invoices are paid accurately and on time.

You will process invoices for payment and deal with supplier queries. You must be able to work to deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.

We are looking for an effective team player who enjoys working with customers and has a positive attitude. Computer literacy and good communication skills are essential.
