Salary Range: Leadership Scale 11 to 17

Permanent/Full Time (32.5 hours per week)

The governing body of Holme-upon-Spalding Moor Primary School are seeking to appoint a Headteacher to work within our happy and nurturing school from 1st September 2023. Our school is in the East Riding of Yorkshire and at the heart of the community. It has a strong set of values and an ethos that underpins everything we do.

The school is seeking an inspiring leader who will ensure the school continues to work towards its vision for excellence and success at every level.

We are seeking:

  • an inspirational, innovative and forward-thinking leader, who is passionate about teaching and learning and developing the full potential of every child and every member of staff;
  • someone with the ability to provide effective leadership that creates a culture of high expectations and aspirations, and raises standards, ensuring that all children reach their full potential;

  • the skills to lead, value, develop and manage a highly effective team with respect and promotes well-being amongst staff.
