We are currently looking for people to assist with our programme of work for the Councils Total Pay and Reward Strategy. Providing integral support as part of ERYC's HR advice hub, which handles all first line employment queries from pay to recruitment, and all associated employment queries in between. You will join a busy team that acts as the initial point of contact for incoming telephone calls, emails, web enquiries etc, on matters relating to staff terms and conditions and Council policies and procedures, advising managers, employees, and potential applicants as appropriate – you can be sure that no two days are ever the same!
You will have knowledge of employment terms and conditions, pay legislation and experience of working in a pay or HR related function would be advantageous.
You should be able to input accurately, manipulate and extract information from the People Services information system and other IT software applications to complete accurate employment documentation.
