The job itself

We are excited to be able to offer the opportunity to join the Housing, Transportation and Public Protection team working in an administrative role for Business Support Team.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and committed to delivering a quality service.

You should have a flexible approach and the ability to adapt in a busy and changing environment.

You should have excellent communication skills both verbal and written as you will be the first point of contact for the public in this diverse area.

We are seeking someone who is customer focussed and has experience of call handling as well as having excellent IT skills in Microsoft packages

Confidentiality and ability to deal with sensitive matters is required as is the ability to work as a part of a team

This post is Fixed Term until 31.08.23
