Keldmarsh Primary School is looking to appoint an experienced financial administration officer to join the team. A highly motivated person, with the ability to manage competing priorities yet maintain a pleasant, patient demeanour is required to fulfil the role, which primarily involves working in a busy office environment and offering financial and administrative support.
Duties are wide ranging and include; the procurement of goods, payment for goods and services; day to day administration of the out of school club; administering medicines, school funds, music lessons and the management of diaries. You will require skills in Microsoft Office and a commitment to training in the use of SIMS and other specific software used by schools. You must be able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times, have good communication and interpersonal skills and be able to liaise effectively with pupils, parents and colleagues. Accurate recording and retrieving of information is essential in this post.
First Aid Qualifications are desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
This position is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who has school financial administration experience.
