We seek an inspirational, motivated and enthusiastic Care and Achievement Co-ordinator to join our successful team. This is a critical role as part of a substantial pastoral team which reflects our commitment to knowing and caring for each and every pupil. Successful candidates will support the school in maintaining high standards of achievement, behaviour, attendance and attitudes to learning; and be committed to working with children and families to overcome any barriers to learning.

This is a particularly exciting time to join our team. We are working closely with the Wolds Learning Partnership. Colleagues describe a strong team atmosphere and great support.

Situated in beautiful surroundings on the outskirts of the popular market town of Beverley, Longcroft offers motivated and well-behaved students, dedicated staff, a committed and experienced governing body and supportive parents.

We offer commitment to your professional development and the opportunity to work in a School with a strong work ethic and a real pride in the quality of care and support we provide.

Longcroft is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. Appointment will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check.

Application form and further details available at or telephone (01482) 862171.
