The Governors of Paull Primary School wish to appoint a Breakfast Club Playworker to work within our School.

The working times are Monday to Friday 7:30 – 9:15am

The governors are looking for person to join our hard working and close knit team of staff. We are keen to appoint a person who will be able to quickly establish and maintain good working relationships with pupils, staff and parents and work closely with other members of the school team. The successful candidate must be enthusiastic, creative, committed and able to demonstrate excellent practical skills.

  • You will be assisting in the preparation and organisation of imaginative and innovative activities suitable to the needs and interests of children age 3- 11 yrs old
  • Preparation of fun and nutritious snacks for children
  • First point of contact for handling and resolving complaints from parents
  • Producing written or verbal termly co-ordinator reports
  • Assisting in the administration of the club, keeping relevant records and ensuring that the agreed club procedures are implemented
  • Ensuring that areas are cleared at the end of sessions

Good interpersonal, organisational skills and flexibility are essential. Experience of working with children in a school is desirable, although training will be provided.


Appointment to the post is subject to an enhanced DBS check, as Paull Primary School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.
