An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join the Council’s Corporate Performance team. The successful candidate will assist with the administration and development of the Council’s performance management system (InPhase), support the development of a performance management culture across the Council and prepare, analyse and present performance information, which enables sustained improvement in service provision.
Good IT skills are essential, as is the ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure.
The post offers excellent professional development and the successful candidate will gain a thorough grounding in a range of performance management and analytical tools and techniques. Previous post holders have successfully progressed their careers using this role as a launch pad.
