We currently have 3 vacancies in this team and are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who wants to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment. This post is a career graded post, with opportunities to progress within the Revenues and Benefits Service area.
You will be dealing with all aspects of council tax work, which includes billing households, awarding discounts and exemptions and setting payment plans mixed with telephone support when needed.
