We are excited to be able to offer two Debt Recovery Assistant roles, an opportunity to join our Debt Recovery Team within Revenues and Benefits. The post will initially be at level 1.
This role provides a great chance to be part of a fast-growing team who deals with recovery of council rents, council department sundry debts and housing benefit overpayments.
The role involves processing of invoice and credit requests, invoice register maintenance, indexing and importing documents onto information @ work, document scanning, issuing of letters, data input and monitoring of email inbox scan/forward information to the relevant team for action.
We are looking for someone who has the ability to process high volumes of work with speed and accuracy and is able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
You’re a friendly and confident individual with excellent organisation, data input and IT skills Works well as a team player and has great communication skills.
A high attention to detail is essential to this role.
