You will work a standard 37-hour week Monday to Friday plus an additional 2 hours contractual overtime. Additional overtime is also worked on a planned basis to increase the basic salary. There is also the opportunity to sign up to either the Highways out of hours emergency callout team or Winter maintenance team to increase the basic salary.
