We are currently recruiting for an ICT Officer Level 1 (Desktop Services) to join our ICT Infrastructure & Customer Support Team, based at County Hall, Beverley, East Yorkshire.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person, suitably qualified, who enjoys working as part of a team, but is also capable of working on their own. This role is required to undertake 1st & 2nd line technical support within the ICT Desktop support team, which is responsible for providing End User Support for both hardware & Software, service desk and Installs & Procurement.
The team provides Customer and Infrastructure support to a large corporate ICT environment and local maintained & academy schools.
You will have strong knowledge and experience at a 1st / 2nd line technical level of supporting ICT Services in a large organisation and an understanding of End User Device support, ICT Procurement, Service desk & Active directory.
