Are you the right person to shape the future strategic direction of digital and technology services within the East Riding of Yorkshire Council? Are you a leader who can establish a new team whose primary responsibility is to ensure that the strategic approach for technology is integrated into service delivery to meet the Council’s long-term business strategy? Do you have experience leading on the adoption of Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as ISO42010, TOGAF, Zachman and the ITIL service architecture frameworks?
You will be responsible for defining the strategic approach to the latest technology trends such as Cloud, Internet of Things, AI, Big Data and Digital service design and delivery. You will develop business driven options, within the context of dynamic, agile and rapidly evolving environments. Leading on the assurance at all organisational levels ensuring that the Council’s Enterprise Architecture delivers the business needs.
You will be providing, high-value strategy, business analysis, technology and procurement consultancy to ensure any solution integrates with the business objectives. You will find yourself doing this at the enterprise level in support of major transformation programmes or at the level of targeted projects and interventions.
