Business Change Assistant – Corporate Business Change Team

If yes, an opportunity awaits you as a member of the Corporate Business Change Team. We are a well-respected team with a track record of developing team members to enable them to further their careers. We champion change across the whole Council to maximise potential. Working in an agile and digital environment, our role is to encourage commercial approaches, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The role:
You will work with teams and services from across the organisation to carry out research, analyse findings, develop ideas to improve services and help shape reports and presentations to influence change.

We are recruiting for two posts, one of which is permanent and one fixed term until 31st March 2023. If shortlisted, during your interview you will be asked which position you are applying for.
