We are currently recruiting for 2 x ICT Officers - Level 1 (Desktop Services) to join our ICT Infrastructure & Customer Support Team based at County Hall, Beverley, East Yorkshire.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person suitably qualified who enjoys working as part of a team but is also capable of working on their own. This role is required to undertake 1st & 2nd line technical support within the ICT Desktop support team, which is responsible for providing end user support and installations for both hardware & software alongside manning the ICT Service Desk.
The team provides Customer and Infrastructure support to a large corporate ICT environment and local maintained & academy schools.
You will need a good knowledge of 1st / 2nd line technical support, an understanding of Mobile Device Management, ICT Service Desk systems, Windows operating systems, Infrastructure technologies, Active directory, and Citrix. Experience working in a large organisation would also be advantageous, but is not essential.
The post will operate on a hybrid working model.
