TMWS is looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant -

We are a small school, proud of our traditional rural heritage, yet ambitious for the future of all our students. Our size is a real strength as it enables students and their families to work closely with the teaching and support staff at the school, building positive working relationships. We believe that students achieve best in a supportive and positive environment – and that is what you will find in our school.

Due to our expanding Enhanced Resource Provision for students on the autistic spectrum, we require a level 2 Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs. Experience working with students with Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome is preferred, however TMWS would consider an apprentice for any candidates without qualifications who have an enthusiasm to support young people.

As a school with a growing number of SEN students we can offer opportunities for CPD and career progression at all levels within our dedicated team of teaching assistants.
