Graded as Ofsted “Good” The Market Weighton School is on the edge of the town, but for many it is in the heart of the community. Required for September, a Cover Supervisor to work 32.00 hours per week, term time + training days. The successful candidate will provide supervision for classes of absent teachers and when not engaged in covering lessons will fulfil the role of a Teaching Assistant. Previous experience of working with young people is essential although full training and support will be provided.

TMWS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults, and expects all staff to share this commitment. Applicants must be willing to undergo child protection screening appropriate to the post, including checks with past employers and the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). As part of our due diligence TMWS will carry out an online search on the shortlisted candidates.
