The job itself

The Governing Body is seeking enthusiastic and flexible applicants to join our busy lunchtime team at Willerby Carr Lane Primary School and supervise children at lunchtime in the dining hall, playground and other school premises. Experience of the role would be an advantage although training will be provided. The successful candidate must be willing to work as part of a team and have good communication skills.

We are looking for excellent Lunchtime Supervisors who are:

  • committed to providing a high quality service for the school community;
  • hard working and efficient;
  • able to use own initiative;
  • able to work as part of a positive and happy team;
  • able to maintain confidentiality;
  • able to build very good relationships with staff, children and parents.
  • able to positively promote healthy, safe and considerate behaviour.
